Rising K-pop boy group TWS (Shinyu, Dohun, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, Kyungmin) has dropped their first official photos for upcoming mini album “play hard,” instantly grabbing attention with visuals straight out of a comic book.

Released on September 29, the “play mode” version highlights the pure passion of youth. With serious gazes and bold styling, the members express a desire for freedom. Individual shots featuring 2D wings add a surreal, almost animated touch, symbolizing growth from boys into young adults. 

Illustrated images were also revealed, showing the members diving into what they love without hesitation, perfectly matching the group’s dynamic energy. Fans noted this isn’t the first time TWS has embraced comic-style visuals—earlier, their debut album “Sparkling Blue” collaborated with famed Korean artist Chun Gye-young, creating strong buzz. 

Set to release on October 13, the group’s 4th mini album “play hard” promises to showcase TWS’s fiery energy and youthful spirit. Their pre-release track “Head Shoulders Knees Toes” has already gone viral thanks to a high-level dance challenge featuring top choreographers like Bada and We Dem Boyz. 

TWS will unveil more concept photos, including the compact version, on September 30 at 10 PM KST, further fueling anticipation for their comeback.
