SHINee member Onew has unveiled an album preview for his upcoming release, building excitement for his highly anticipated comeback.

On July 7th, Onew released the album preview for his second full-length album "PERCENT" through his official YouTube channel. The preview video showcases highlights from all 11 tracks included in the album, featuring the title song "ANIMALS" alongside "Silky," "Caffeine," "Marshmallow," "Confidence," "오래 OKㅋ," "Far Away," "MAD," "PERCENT (%)," "Epilogue," and "Happy Birthday." The video captures Onew's diverse musical expressions and provides glimpses into the mood of each track.

Following his previous works, Onew participated directly in the overall songwriting process, demonstrating his musical capabilities. He has infused 11 different emotions into each track, creating a flow that moves like swimming along life's rhythm. The title track "ANIMALS" particularly promises a continuously evolving narrative through the interplay of Onew's vocals with various instrumental sounds.

"PERCENT" showcases an impressive variety of musical styles with high production quality. The album opens with "Silky," featuring smooth and languid sounds in a soft, drowsy mood, followed by "Caffeine" with its groovy feel anchored by solid guitar riffs and bass lines. "Marshmallow" captures both delicate tension and ease following emotional flows, while "Confidence" rhythmically expresses the intersection of emotion and reason. 

The tracklist continues with "오래 OKㅋ," which adds lyrical depth through unique analog synthesizer textures, and "Far Away," a witty expression of early 2000s alternative rock sounds. "MAD" portrays post-breakup anxiety and longing through the contrast between acoustic guitar and rough-textured drums, while "PERCENT (%)" creates an experimental atmosphere with unpredictable snare sounds.
