Article 1 (Definition of Terms)

① The idolpin Integrated Terms of Service refers to the basic terms including this agreement and the following terms, policies, and additional terms that may be added in the future related to services provided by idolpin, hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms'.

② The definitions of terms used in the 'Terms' are as follows:

  1. 'Company': Refers to idolpin company Co., Ltd., which provides online community services and online commerce services to members through the idolpin platform.
  2. 'Member': Refers to users who have entered into a service use agreement with the 'Company' in accordance with the 'Terms' through the website (web, mobile) and application.
  3. 'idolpin': The official online platform operated by the 'Company' through website (web, mobile) and application for communication between artists and fans.
  4. 'idolpin store': Refers to the cyber mall where online commerce services provided by 'idolpin' take place.
  5. 'Residence': Refers to the country or region where the member resides with the intention of residing.
Article 2 (Purpose)

① The purpose of these 'Terms' is to clarify the legal relationship between the 'Company' and 'Members' regarding the use of idolpin platform services (hereinafter referred to as 'Service').

② The 'Company' posts these Terms and Privacy Policy where 'Members' can easily check them on the initial screen of 'idolpin'.

Article 3 (Creation and Use of 'idolpin Account')

① An 'idolpin Account' refers to the login account created by a 'Member' to use the 'Service' provided by the 'Company'. The 'idolpin Account' is created when a 'Member' agrees to the 'Terms', enters account information, and the 'Company' verifies certain information (email address confirmation).

② An 'idolpin Account' is required to fully utilize the 'Service', although some menus and services may be available without membership.

③ After creating an 'idolpin Account', you can use all connected services provided by the 'Company'. However, when logging into new services for the first time, you must complete procedures such as agreeing to use and individual service terms.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Usage Agreement)

① The 'Usage Agreement' is concluded when a person wishing to become a 'Member' (hereinafter referred to as 'Applicant') agrees to the contents of the 'Terms', applies for membership, and the 'Company' accepts such application.

② The 'Company' may collect (personal) information such as email addresses during the 'Usage Agreement' process, and in this case, the 'Applicant' must provide accurate (not false) information.

③ The 'Company' may reserve or refuse acceptance or subsequently terminate the usage agreement if there are reasons such as mechanical access to the 'Service' system, account theft, provision of false information, or confirmation of 'Service' abuse history.

④ The 'Company' does not provide 'Services' to minors (under 14 years old for domestic users, under 16 years old for foreign users).

Article 5 (Amendment of Terms)

① The 'Company' may amend these 'Terms' within the scope not violating relevant laws.

② When amending the 'Terms', the 'Company' shall announce the application date, changes, and reasons through the 'Service' in advance. However, if the changes are legally disadvantageous to 'Members', the 'Company' shall notify such changes through electronic means such as email or login consent window from 30 days before the application date.

③ If 'Members' do not agree to the amended terms, they may terminate the 'Usage Agreement' for the 'Service' concluded through the 'Terms' and discontinue use of the 'Service'.

④ If the 'Company' notifies or announces the amendment of terms according to Paragraph 2 of this Article and includes notice that failure to express refusal before the application date will be considered as consent to the amended terms, and if 'Members' do not explicitly express refusal, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.

Article 6 (Service Changes and Suspension)

① The 'Company' may change the contents of the 'Service' when necessary. However, if changes to the 'Service' content significantly affect 'Members'' rights and obligations, they shall be changed through the notification procedures under Article 5.

② The 'Company' may temporarily suspend the provision of 'Service' due to maintenance, replacement and failure of information communication facilities, communication interruption, or reasonable operational reasons.

③ The 'Company' may conduct regular maintenance when necessary for providing the 'Service' and may temporarily suspend the provision of 'Service' during regular maintenance.

④ The 'Company' may discontinue the 'Service' due to management reasons.

Article 7 (Advertisement Posting)

The 'Company' may post advertisements of the 'Company' or third parties in the 'Service'.

Article 8 (Members' Rights and Obligations)

① 'Members' may use content provided through the 'Service' such as feeds, moments, media, live, my collection, paid content, product introductions, artist introductions, and membership surveys (hereinafter referred to as 'Content') for personal, non-profit purposes and perform actions permitted by the 'Company' through the 'Service' (for example, writing comments).

② 'Members' do not acquire any rights to the 'Content' provided through the 'Service' other than the limited rights in the previous paragraph.

③ 'Members' shall not use the 'Content' beyond the scope permitted by this Article and shall bear all civil and criminal legal responsibility for such actions:

  1. Creating separate video files from 'Content'
  2. Posting 'Content' on the internet without permission
  3. Providing 'Content' to third parties without permission
  4. Any other copyright infringement of 'Content'

④ 'Members' shall not access the 'Service's' servers and network systems in unauthorized ways or interfere with the provision of 'Service'.

⑤ 'Members' shall not engage in the following acts:

  1. Content that damages or groundlessly criticizes others' (including the 'Company' and its artists) reputation
  2. Infringement of intellectual property rights of the 'Company' and third parties
  3. Actions that damage reputation or interfere with operations of the 'Company' and third parties
  4. Using the 'Service' for commercial purposes without the 'Company's' consent
  5. Impersonating the 'Company' or spreading false information regarding the 'Service'
  6. Acts prohibited by relevant laws such as the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection" and other illegal or improper acts

⑥ 'Members' are responsible for managing their ID and password, and are responsible for various damages that may occur due to their intention or negligence. If 'Members' become aware that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, they must immediately notify the 'Company' and follow the 'Company's' guidance if provided.

Article 9 (Member Content Creation/Operation Policy and Sanctions for Violations)

① This policy applies to all 'Content' created by 'Members', including posts and comments (hereinafter referred to as 'Member Content').

② Prohibited Acts: 'Members' shall not create 'Member Content' containing the following or engage in prohibited acts:

  1. Content that damages or groundlessly criticizes others' (including the 'Company' and its artists) reputation
  2. Content contrary to social norms and public morals such as profanity, obscenity/pornography, violence
  3. Content that continuously causes groundless fear or anxiety
  4. Content related to illegal acts prohibited by law
  5. Content that leaks trade secrets or state secrets classified by law
  6. Content intended for crime or that instructs or aids crime
  7. Other illegal content prohibited from posting by relevant laws
  8. Acts prohibited in Article 8 Paragraphs 3 to 5, such as continuously/repeatedly posting identical/similar 'Member Content'

③ Sanctions for Violations: If Paragraph 2 is violated, the 'Company' may take the following measures against 'Members':

  1. 'Member Content' that has been confirmed to violate or received a certain number of reports will be automatically temporarily deleted, and the 'Member' who created such content may have the measure lifted by proving that the content does not violate Paragraph 2
  2. 'Members' who have been confirmed to violate or received a certain number of reports will automatically have their 'Member Content' creation restricted for a certain period, and such members may have the restriction lifted by proving that their content did not violate the terms within that period

※ The number of violations and restriction periods in Paragraphs 1 and 2 will be determined as the most appropriate number to protect the 'Service' and 'Members' from inappropriate content during service operation

※ Specific prohibitions or sanctions may be implemented for individual services according to announced content and separately posted operation policies. In particular, for paid products, please refer to Article 4 of the Paid Service Terms of Use and the 'Precautions' within each product's purchase page.

④ Grant of Usage Rights for 'Member Content': The 'Company' may use 'Member Content' when necessary.

Article 9-2 (Mission Performance and Sanctions)

① The 'Company' may provide various missions that 'Members' can perform within the 'Service' and may provide 'pin point' or other benefits as rewards for mission completion.

② 'Members' shall not engage in the following acts:

  1. Performing missions through unfair methods or illegal means
  2. Using another person's account to perform missions
  3. Using automated programs, macros, etc. to perform missions
  4. Performing missions in a way that contradicts the mission's intent or purpose
  5. Violating mission performance standards and methods set by the 'Company'

③ If a 'Member' is found to have engaged in acts in Paragraph 2, the 'Company' may take the following measures:

  1. Recovery of unfairly acquired 'pin point' and other benefits
  2. Restriction of mission participation
  3. Temporary or permanent suspension of 'Service' use
  4. Restriction, suspension, or loss of 'Member' status
Article 10 (Usage Restrictions)

① The 'Company' may temporarily or permanently restrict 'Members'' use of 'Service' according to this Article.

② Temporary Usage Restrictions:

  1. When 'Members' violate their obligations under Article 8
  2. When 'Members' violate the Member Content creation/operation policy under Article 9

③ Permanent Usage Restrictions:

  1. When 'Members' habitually violate their obligations under Article 8
  2. When 'Members'' violation of obligations under Article 8 constitutes a crime
  3. When 'Members' habitually violate the Member Content creation/operation policy under Article 9
  4. When 'Members'' violation of the Member Content creation/operation policy under Article 9 constitutes a crime
Article 11 (Company's Rights, Obligations, and Disclaimer)

① The 'Company' retains all rights to the 'Service'.

② While the 'Company' strives to provide the 'Service' stably, it is not responsible for service suspension or interruption in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, and other similar circumstances, and in cases under Article 6.

③ The 'Company' is not responsible for damages incurred by 'Members' using 'Content' unless there is intention or negligence on the part of the 'Company'.

Article 12 (Notifications)

① When the 'Company' individually notifies 'Members', it may do so through email address unless otherwise specified in the 'Terms'.

② Notwithstanding Paragraph 1, when the 'Company' notifies an unspecified number of 'Members', it may substitute individual notification by posting the relevant fact on the 'Service' screen for 7 days or more.

Article 13 (pin point)

① The 'Company' may operate 'pin point' as an electronic payment method for purchasing digital products within the 'Service'.

② 'pin point' is classified into 'Paid Points' (hereinafter referred to as 'Paid Points' or 'Charged Points') purchased using payment methods provided by the 'Company', and 'Free Points' (hereinafter referred to as 'Free Points' or 'Accumulated Points') given free of charge when 'Members' fulfill conditions specified by the 'Company' or as rewards for various events.

③ 'pin point' can be used to purchase digital products designated by the 'Company'.

④ The accumulation and usage methods of 'Free Points' are determined according to the 'Company's' operation policy, and the details of the operation policy follow the FAQ in the Customer Center.

⑤ When canceling digital product purchases, used 'Free Points' are immediately restored with the full amount of used 'Free Points' being re-accumulated, and the validity period of re-accumulated 'Free Points' is restored to the original validity period.

⑥ If 'Members' unfairly accumulate 'Free Points', the 'Company' may delete 'Members'' 'Free Points' without prior notice and restrict 'Members'' use of the 'Service'.

⑦ 'Free Points' cannot be transferred to others, and 'Members'' 'Free Points' expire upon loss of membership. However, if individual validity periods are set for 'Free Points' given through events, they expire at the end of that period.

⑧ For matters not specified in the 'Terms' regarding 'pin point', 'Free Points' follow the FAQ posted separately in the Customer Center, and 'Paid Points' follow the Integrated Paid Service Terms of Use.

Article 14 (pin point Cash)

① The 'Company' may operate a 'pin point Cash' system as an accumulated points concept.

② 'pin point Cash' refers to points received in cases designated by the 'Company', such as purchasing products from the 'Company', and can be used for payment when purchasing products and in other cases designated by the 'Company'.

③ The 'Company' may accumulate 'pin point Cash' according to its operation policy, and some designated products may be excluded according to the 'Company's' circumstances.

④ 'pin point Cash' can be converted to the currency used by 'Members' for payment, etc., and the conversion ratio follows the ratio set by the 'Company'.

⑤ The minimum unit for using 'pin point Cash' is ₩1 for Korean Won (KRW), $0.01 for US Dollar (USD), 1 yen for Japanese Yen (¥), and 0.01 yuan for Chinese Yuan (CNY).

⑥ The specific accumulation and usage methods of 'pin point Cash' (including but not limited to Paragraphs 2 to 5 above) are determined according to the 'Company's' operation policy, and the details of the operation policy follow the FAQ in the Customer Center.

⑦ When canceling orders, used 'pin point Cash' is immediately restored with the full amount of used 'pin point Cash' being re-accumulated, and the validity period of re-accumulated 'pin point Cash' is restored to the original validity period.

⑧ If 'Members' unfairly accumulate 'pin point Cash', the 'Company' may delete 'Members'' 'pin point Cash' without prior notice, notify 'Members' of the deletion, and restrict 'Members'' use of the 'Service'.

⑨ 'pin point Cash' cannot be transferred to others, and 'Members'' 'pin point Cash' automatically expires upon loss of membership. Also, remaining 'pin point Cash' expires completely upon membership withdrawal, and transfer of existing 'pin point Cash' history to new accounts or other accounts upon re-registration is not possible.

⑩ 'pin point Cash' expires after 60 months (5 years) from the date of acquisition. However, if individual validity periods are set for 'pin point Cash' given through events, they expire at the end of that period.

⑪ For matters not specified in the 'Terms' regarding 'pin point Cash', follow the FAQ posted separately in the Customer Center.

Article 15 (Damages)

The 'Company' and 'Members' are responsible for compensating damages caused to the other party due to their own fault. In particular, if 'Members' violate Article 8 Paragraph 3 and infringe on the copyright of 'Content', 'Members' bear all civil and criminal responsibility.

Article 16 (Change of Service Provider)

① When the service provider changes due to transfer or merger of all or part of business, personal/material division, asset transfer, etc., the 'Company' shall notify 'Members' of the transfer of personal information according to Article 26 of the Information and Communications Network Act.

② When the service provider changes according to Paragraph 1, the usage agreement concluded between the 'Company' and 'Members' under the 'Terms' is comprehensively transferred to the changed service provider.

③ The 'Company' shall guide the method and procedure for withdrawing consent to personal information collection and use and consent to the 'Terms' if 'Members' do not wish the transfer of personal information and usage agreement.
