Girl group IVE is once again setting out to conquer global festivals. According to their agency Starship Entertainment on January 10th, IVE departed for Germany to participate in the world-renowned music festival "Lollapalooza Berlin." 

IVE will make history on January 12th (local time) as the first K-pop girl group invited to Lollapalooza Berlin, performing a 55-minute solo set at Berlin's Olympiastadion. 

Building on Lollapalooza Success 

IVE first entered the global festival scene last year with Lollapalooza Chicago. Despite being their festival debut, the group delivered a remarkably polished performance that garnered enthusiastic audience response through dynamic stage composition featuring live band arrangements and explosive live vocals. 

Global music media extensively covered their performance. Rolling Stone reported on their official website that "IVE shook the stage with live arrangements," while Billboard included IVE's performance among Lollapalooza's 10 best stages, praising it as "captivating the entire audience and delivering a vocal spectacle emphasizing flawless high notes, becoming one of the most memorable performances of this year's festival." 

Continued Global Success 

Following their breakthrough at Lollapalooza Chicago, IVE has continued proving their enhanced musical capabilities through appearances at prestigious festivals worldwide. This year, their global trajectory remains impressive. Their third mini-album "IVE EMPATHY," released on February 3rd, achieved 15 music show wins, while "Rebel Heart" secured 11 wins and "Attitude" claimed 4 victories. The group is also scheduled to perform at the halftime show for the "2025 Coupang Play Series" first game on January 30th. 

Historic Festival Achievement 

With Lollapalooza Paris scheduled for January 20th, IVE stands as the only K-pop girl group to perform at Lollapalooza for two consecutive years and receive three total invitations to the festival, making their trajectory particularly noteworthy.
