Sold-Out Dome Show Proves Unprecedented Solo Success 

BTS member Jin has become the center of global attention with his exceptional live performance and visuals at his solo dome concert in Japan. Currently on his first solo world tour (#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR) that began in Korea on June 28th and runs until August 10th, Jin delivered an outstanding live performance at Osaka's Kyocera Dome on July 12th, filling the venue to capacity including the highest tiers and restricted-view seats. 

Media Dominance and Cultural Impact 

The explosive popularity of Jin's concert led to such high demand that even the topmost sections and restricted-view seats were opened to accommodate fans who missed out on initial ticketing. On July 12th and 13th, when the Osaka concerts took place, major Japanese sports newspapers including Sports Nippon, Daily Sports, Nikkan Sports, Sports Hochi, and Sankei Sports featured Jin on their front pages, demonstrating his overwhelming influence. 

Long queues formed as fans sought to purchase newspapers featuring Jin on the front page, while merchandise lines created massive crowds with both concert tickets and goods selling out instantly. Products endorsed by Jin, including Ottogi Jin Ramen and Eyegin, sold out at major Osaka shopping centers, further confirming his powerful commercial appeal. 

Stellar Performance and Fan Service 

Sporting a forehead-revealing hairstyle, Jin captivated audiences with his distinctive beautiful vocal tone, seamlessly transitioning between high and low notes with a refreshing yet solid sound quality, and elegant performance style that generated thunderous cheers throughout the dome. Known as the "Live King" and renowned for his fan devotion, Jin's exceptional fan service captured hearts throughout the performance. 

Global social media platform X (formerly Twitter) was decorated with worldwide trending topics including "KIM SEOKJIN" and "#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR." Jin's fan community RUN WITH SEOKJIN supported the concerts with LED trucks featuring Jin's videos on both July 12th and 13th, while JINJAPAN FANBASE operated an advertisement cruise boat to celebrate Jin's first solo dome performance. 

Global Broadcast and Streaming Success 

Jin's Osaka performance "#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR in JAPAN" was broadcast through Live Viewing, a service that provides live concert streaming at designated venues. The Live Viewing was conducted at 43 CGV theaters nationwide and simultaneously broadcast in movie theaters across 10 countries and regions including Korea. The second Osaka performance on July 13th will feature global online live streaming through Weverse. 

Historic World Tour Journey 

Following the explosive success of his first fan concert "Run Seokjin Tour" (#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR) in Korea, Jin has completed performances in Chiba, Japan (two shows) and the first Osaka show. He will continue with the second Osaka performance before heading to a total of 9 cities for 18 performances, including Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa, and Newark in the United States, London in the UK, and Amsterdam in the Netherlands. 

Notably, Jin will make history as the first K-pop solo artist to hold a solo concert at London's O2 Arena, marking another milestone in his groundbreaking solo career.
