New song and vertical music video drop ahead of third full album 

K-pop group EPEX has kicked off their comeback campaign with the pre-release of "Picasso," a track from their upcoming third studio album. 

The group released "Picasso" along with its music video on Monday at 6 PM KST across various online music platforms. The song serves as a preview for their third full album "Sohwa Chapter 3: Romantic Youth," set for release on July 28. 

Song Concept and Sound 

"Picasso" embodies the group's determination to constantly reinvent themselves without limitations, much like the legendary artist Pablo Picasso. The track features powerful sounds paired with EPEX's bold vocals, expressing their strong will to discover possibilities even in the darkest moments. 

The song's addictive beat builds to an impactful chorus where the members chant "Picasso," creating a memorable hook that showcases their artistic ambitions. 

Vertical Music Video 

The accompanying music video was specifically designed for mobile viewing, featuring a vertical format that delivers an immersive viewing experience. EPEX demonstrates enhanced conceptual appeal through an unpredictable storyline, showcasing more daring expression and energy than previous releases. 

Youth Trilogy Series 

This release marks the final installment of EPEX's youth trilogy series. The group has been building their musical identity through consecutive full albums since last year, including "Sohwa Chapter 1: Childhood" and "Sohwa Chapter 2: Youth Deficiency." 

Through this trilogy, EPEX has established themselves as a prominent force in the global K-pop scene while maintaining active touring schedules across Asia. 

Upcoming Activities 

Following the album release, EPEX will hold their third solo fan concert "ROMANTIC YOUTH" at KBS Arena in Seoul's Gangseo District on August 23-24, continuing their direct engagement with fans. 

The pre-release track "Picasso" and its music video are now available on all major streaming platforms, with the full album "Sohwa Chapter 3: Romantic Youth" scheduled for release on July 28 at 6 PM KST.
