On an afternoon infused with spring energy, LUCY revealed their innermost feelings, breaking all boundaries. Not dwelling on the repetitions of past seasons, the band fearlessly embraced unfamiliar excitement and change, coloring the landscape with their unique sound that shatters rigid frameworks like breaking glass. Through the music spreading beyond the broken fragments and expectations and tension bleeding into every corner, each LUCY member poured out emotions of their own temperature. In this season of revealing carefully built personal stories, the resonance of 'WAJANGCHANG' heard from somewhere left a lasting impression. Like a wave of emotions forecasting another beginning, a new record has begun.

LUCY released their sixth mini-album 'WAJANGCHANG' through various music platforms at 5 PM on the 23rd. This album serves as a project showcasing how LUCY has been reborn with a new color for spring, encapsulating "the sound of breaking, shattering, redefining, and newly blooming" in the title 'WAJANGCHANG.' Member Jo Won-sang led the production. Having been responsible for all previous albums, he once again deeply infused LUCY's uniqueness and musical message into each track.

'WAJANGCHANG' includes double title tracks 'JAMKKAE' and 'HAMA.' 'JAMKKAE,' pre-released on the 27th of last month, immediately entered Melon's Latest Chart, Hot100, and Bugs Real-time Chart, earning early public approval. 'HAMA' showcases LUCY's distinctive range with lyrical melodies contrasting against an addictive bass loop. Witty FX sounds placed throughout add a pleasantly surprising charm to the entire song. True to the concept that "once you hear it, the hippopotamus won't leave your mind," the repetitive sounds and short chorus create strong addiction. The album also includes 'I DO MORE,' filled with longing for a departed lover; 'TTUKDDAK,' comparing a shy narrator to a robot; 'MANY REASONS NOT TO HATE,' full of warm sentiment and lyricism; and 'bleu,' which member Choi Sang-yeop independently wrote, composed, and arranged. Each track sincerely blends emotions of comfort, challenge, love, and growth shared by LUCY members. LUCY will meet fans through a large-scale solo concert alongside their new album release. They will hold their seventh solo concert 'WAJANGCHANG' at Korea University's Hwajung Gymnasium from the 2nd to the 4th of next month. This concert has raised expectations by incorporating LUCY's solid stage experience built through past albums and their determination to boldly showcase their musical world once again.

Passion for music, experiments that break genre boundaries, and memories of laughing and crying with fans—through 'WAJANGCHANG,' LUCY has thrown fragments of different emotions into the world, once again questioning through music what to break down and what to build anew. LUCY's new songs and performances, armed with diverse sounds and unforgettable energy, can be fully appreciated through the album released at 5 PM on the 23rd and at their solo concert 'WAJANGCHANG' at Korea University's Hwajung Gymnasium from the 2nd to the 4th of next month.
