The Netflix animated film "K-pop Demon Hunters" continues its global domination as its OST "Golden" claims the #1 spot on the UK Official Singles Chart. 

Chart-Topping Achievement 

According to the UK Official Charts on August 1, "Golden" by fictional girl group Huntricks topped the Official Singles Top 100 chart (August 1-7). The song features vocals from Korean-American artist EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Ray Ami. 

This marks the first time a K-pop-related track has reached #1 on the Official Singles Chart since PSY's "Gangnam Style" in 2012 – a 13-year gap. 

Breaking Animation Records 

"Golden" also becomes the first animated film OST to top this chart in 3 years. The last was Disney's "Encanto" with "We Don't Talk About Bruno" in 2022.
