NCT WISH (Sion, Yushi, Riku, Sakuya, Ryo, and Jaehui) is set to make their long-awaited comeback with a new mini-album in April, according to multiple industry insiders on the 28th.

This marks their first domestic return in seven months since releasing their debut mini-album 'Steady' in September last year. The group is currently in the final stages of preparation for their upcoming release.

Despite a busy schedule—including the release of their first Japanese full album 'WISHFUL' and a remake of Super Junior's 'Miracle' for SM Entertainment’s 30th anniversary—NCT WISH has been fully dedicated to their new album. The comeback holds special meaning as it marks the return of member Riku, who had taken a break from activities due to health reasons in October. Riku will rejoin the group starting with NCT WISH’s Asia tour in March and will participate in the new album promotions.

Since their debut on February 21, 2023, NCT WISH has had a remarkable year, actively promoting in both Korea and Japan. Their title tracks, including 'WISH,' 'Steady,' 'Don't Need 3 Minutes,' and 'Songbird,' have received widespread love. Notably, 'Steady' surpassed 800,000 pre-orders, showcasing their extraordinary popularity for a rookie group. Their success has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Rookie of the Year at the 39th Golden Disc Awards, as well as accolades from the 2024 The Fact Music Awards and the 2024 Asia Artist Awards, solidifying their status as a 'monster rookie' group.

With their upcoming album, NCT WISH aims to continue their upward trajectory and further cement their position as a leading act in the industry.
