Stray Kids has become the third K-pop group in history to achieve 10 billion cumulative streams across all their releases on Spotify. According to their agency JYP Entertainment on the 28th, Stray Kids recently reached the milestone of 10 billion cumulative worldwide streams for all their group releases registered on the global music streaming platform Spotify. This achievement marks them as the first fourth-generation K-pop artist and the third K-pop act overall as a single artist to reach this milestone.
With this accomplishment, Stray Kids has added another remarkable record following their third-place ranking in Spotify's "Global Top K-pop Artist of 2024," the highest position achieved by any fourth-generation boy group. The group has consistently made their mark in the global music market, becoming the first act in Billboard history to debut at No. 1 on the main Billboard 200 chart and maintaining six consecutive No. 1 albums. This latest achievement adds significant value to their identity as a self-producing group.
Additionally, on the 27th (Korean time), Stray Kids celebrated another victory at the 2025 American Music Awards, where the Netflix animated series "ARCANE" Season 2 soundtrack album featuring their song "Come Play" (released in October 2024) won the Favorite Soundtrack category. Having been only the second K-pop group to perform at the awards ceremony last year, they have now reaffirmed their worldwide influence through their direct participation in a nominated and winning project.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids is currently conducting North American stadium concerts as part of their largest-ever world tour "dominATE." They kicked off with a sold-out performance at Seattle's T-Mobile Park on the 24th (local time), becoming the first K-pop artist to achieve a complete sellout at the venue. The tour continues with San Francisco on the 28th and will encompass a total of 13 stadium concerts across 10 North American cities. This world tour is expected to attract 2.2 million audience members, setting a new record for the highest attendance for a single K-pop tour in history.
