The Big Bang leader headlined the closing act at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena on May 31, marking his highly anticipated return to North American stages.

Head In The Clouds LA 2025, organized by Asian-American entertainment company 88rising, celebrates its 10th anniversary as America's largest global festival dedicated to introducing Asian artists to US audiences. The event has grown into a premier showcase for Asian talent over the years.

This performance held special significance as G-Dragon's first North American appearance in approximately eight years, following his second world tour in 2017. News of his return immediately generated intense excitement among American fans. The artist delivered a commanding 50-minute set featuring 11 tracks, opening powerfully with his new single "POWER" and closing with "TOO BAD." The mini-concert-style performance captivated not only the 36,000 attendees but also 53,000 global fans watching via live stream.

G-Dragon showcased his signature professional stage presence through distinctive rap delivery and characteristic dance moves, elevating the festival's energy to new heights. Local fans enthusiastically sang along despite the Korean lyrics, fully embracing the performance experience.

His stage look combined a pink hairstyle with Western-inspired outfits featuring floral accents, adding both elegance and wit to enhance the visual spectacle. Special guest CL joined the performance, with the duo delivering their collaborative track "The Leaders" to thunderous applause from the crowd.

G-Dragon continues his third world tour "Übermensch," which has achieved consecutive sold-out shows at major venues including Tokyo Dome, Philippine Arena, and Kyocera Dome Osaka, demonstrating his explosive global popularity.

The tour continues with three days of performances in Macau starting June 7, followed by shows across nine Asian cities including Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Bangkok, plus two Australian cities, Sydney and Melbourne. Additional tour dates and locations will be announced in the future.
