How to Receive Money via
Mobile Wallet or PayPal
✅ Information Needed from the Recipient
1. Mobile Wallet Account
- You must have an active mobile wallet or paypal account (e.g., Touch ‘n Go, GoPay, MoMo, ZaloPay).
- The mobile wallet must be registered under your name and ready to receive funds.
2. Personal Information
- Full Name (must match your ID)
- Mobile Number (must be the same as the one linked to your wallet)
- Mobile Wallet Account Details (as required by the wallet provider)
✅ Steps to Receive the Money
1️⃣ Sender Initiates the Transfer via Mobile wallet or PayPal
- We will send the money using SENTBE and select "Mobile Wallet or PayPal" as the receiving method.
- Your name and mobile number will be used to process the transfer.
2️⃣ Receive a Notification from Your Mobile Wallet or PayPal
- Once the transfer is completed, you will receive a notification via SMS or your mobile wallet app or E-mail.
- The money is usually received within 5 minutes to 24 hours.
3️⃣ (If Required) Complete Identity Verification
- If this is your first time receiving money via Mobile Wallet or PayPal, your wallet provider may require identity verification.
- You may need to upload an ID or provide some basic information. This is a one-time process.
4️⃣ Check Your Wallet Balance & Use the Funds
- Open your mobile wallet app and check if the money has been credited.
- You can now use the funds for shopping, bill payments, sending money to others, or withdrawing to a bank account (if supported by your wallet provider).
