J-Hope of BTS is earning rave reviews from international media for his new digital single, ‘Billboard described the track as having a "dreamy groove", blending J-Hope’s smooth rapping with Miguel’s soulful vocals. The outlet praised J-Hope for expanding his musical spectrum and adding another meaningful song to his solo discography. Dreams (feat. Miguel)’, released on March 7. Consequence of Sound recognized J-Hope as an artist who "transcends the boundaries between rap and vocals," emphasizing how ‘Sweet Dreams’ offers a different texture from his rock-inspired debut solo album, ‘Jack In The Box’.
